Student Registration

Welcome to HHSC!

We welcome you and your student(s) to Hamilton Heights School Corporation.

Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now open for all students! Registrations submitted prior to May 1st will be able to participate in a survey regarding Spring Break for the 2027-2028 school year. It is easiest to complete registration forms on a computer through a web browser, rather than a mobile device.

If you have an incoming kindergarten student, please plan to attend kindergarten roundup on February 25th, 2026 from 3:30-6:00 PM at the elementary school. All kindergarten students must be 5 years old by August 1. This age requirement is mandatory and cannot be waived.  

Any student whose address is not in the Hamilton Heights School District needs to complete the Out of District Transfer Request Form in addition to school registration.

Returning Student Registration for 2026-2027

To register a returning student, please log into your PowerSchool Parent Portal.

  1. Select “Forms” from the menu on the left.
  2. Complete all forms shown unless they are marked "Optional."
  3. Be sure to select the correct grade level and school for the 26-27 school year on any form that requires this information.

Returning Student Registration

New Student Registration for 2026-2027

This section applies to students who have never attended Hamilton Heights School Corporation in any capacity. Families of new students should follow these directions:

  1. Submit Your Registration Request: Start by completing and submitting your registration request.
    • Approval Email – Once approved, you will receive an email from PowerSchool@hhschuskies.org. This email is essential to complete your registration. Be sure to check your junk or spam folders if you don't see it in your inbox! 
  2. Log Into or create your Parent Portal: Once you’ve received the approval email, either add your new student to your current Parent Portal account, or create a new account if you do not already have one. Follow the instructions in the email you received.
  3. In the PowerSchool Parent Portal, click "Forms" from the menu on the left. Please make sure to select the correct grade level and school, when requested, on any forms.
