Bus Rider Eligibility

Ridership Eligibility

Both in-district and out-of-district students are eligible to ride the bus, although the requirements or availability are slightly different. Learn more below!

In-District Student Eligibility

All in-district students are eligible for bus transportation. Transportation requests should be made during student registration. Requests made after registration could take up to seven business days to be granted.

Out-of-District Student Eligibility

Transportation requests for out-of-district students must be made through the Transportation Department and will be granted based on seat availability. All out-of-district students approved for transportation will be assigned to existing in-district pick up and drop off locations.

Note: Screening of all in-district and out-of-district transportation requests will be suspended one week prior to the start of school to establish routes and bus capacities.
