About Seesaw
Seesaw is an online learning platform designed for younger students, so we use it in kindergarten through fourth grade. At these ages, students find Seesaw a bit easier and more intuitive to use than Google Classroom. Learn more about Seesaw, or read below to learn how to use some of its features.

Seesaw Guides
Seesaw provides some excellent, quality guides for using the platform. Here are some of our favorites:
Introduction to Seesaw for Families: This article centers around the heart of Seesaw: what it is and what you can do with it. It's a short read and has a few helpful tidbits. For instance, one student can have up to ten (10) family members linked to their Journal--meaning parents, grandparents, and others can view your student's work if you'd like to include them.
Downloading Student Journals: Seesaw prepared this guide to assist users in downloading their student's' Seesaw Journals. It's helpful that when users download a Journal, all files in the Journal are organized by month and year. This makes it easy to find past submissions!
How to Message the Teacher in Seesaw: This is a quick reference guide for families who need to use the Message feature of Seesaw to communicate with teachers or administrators.
