PowerSchool Help

To use the PowerSchool app on iPad or iPhone, you'll need to enter our district's code before you can log in. HHSC's PowerSchool code is:

CBRG

You have the ability to receive email notifications for any of your students. Follow these instructions to get started:

1.  In your parent account, click on the “Email Notification” tab on the left.
2. You have several options for email notifications.  Click on the options you would like; you can set how often you want to receive these notifications, and also apply the same settings to your other students if you would like.

Please note that at this time, we do not have our lunch accounts in powerschool, so the “Balance Alert” is not enabled.

Viewing Current Grades

Keeping track of grades and attendance is key in ensuring a successful school year. PowerSchool makes this very simple! Follow these directions to learn more:

1. Log in to your PowerSchool account
2. Click on the Student tab on the top left to view their grades and attendance
3. Click on the “Grades and Attendance” tab on the left
4. The attendance information if listed on the left.  If it is blank for a day/period, that means the student was present.
5. To see what assignments make up a certain grade, click on the actual letter grade for a particular class. This will take you to the class score detail for more information as to what assignments contributed to that grade.
6.  To see a summary of all the absences for a particular time period, such as semester or year, click the number in the time period you want to see.  This will take you to the attendance history page. 

Viewing Historical Grades

You can also view historical grades for your child. To do so, click on the "Grade History" tab on the lefthand side.
