iPad Overview
iPad is one of Apple's most popular products, and for good reason. They're lightweight and mobile, and have impressive processing power. Apple's App Store is robust, offering apps for virtually anything you could need. Of course, students do not have access to Apple's App Store, but they do have access to the Mosyle App Portal.
Mosyle is the management system we use for our iPads. The App Portal offers students apps that we have pre-selected for their use. These apps were requested by teachers or otherwise approved before adding them to the App Portal.
Although iPads are dependable units, they can sometimes have small problems; most of the time, these issues are easily resolved. Read below to learn about common issues and how you can help your student. As always, if you are unable to correct a problem, your student can submit a ticket to the student help desk.
