Q) Is wifi/network monitoring required for the network?

A) Wifi monitoring is not requested in the bid.  Some network equipment includes monitoring software natively or as a part of the support subscription.

    • Q) Is there currently a MIST platform currently in production for the new switches?

      • A) Cisco WS-C4500X-32SFP+, WS-C3850-48F-S, WS-C2960X-48FPD-L

    • A) Primary Layer 3 switches will be replaced, but existing C9200L-48P-4X-EDU switches will stay as downstream connections to the new switches

      • A) Cisco C9200L-48P-4X-EDU
        • Q) This will be for optic compatibility if quoting a different OEM.
        • A) We don't intend to replace optics, but please include if necessary for solution
          • Q) If so, would the optics need to be 1 or 10g? Single or Multimode?
          • A) 10g Single Mode for WAN between locations and 10g Multimode internal in each location

    • A) Yes

      • Q) What is the L3 routing protocol currently being utilized?
      • A) Cisco eigrp 1234.  Include appropriate programming to support Cisco switches with the provided solution.
