Agendas & Minutes

A board meeting agenda is a compiled list of topics that are scheduled or expected to be brought before the board during the meeting. You can read through the agenda to learn which topics or ideas will be discussed. If the meeting will include a guest speaker, their name and topic of discussion will also be included. 

Board meeting minutes are a play-by-play of what actually happened during the meeting. These minutes may include how individual board members voted, what questions were asked, and more. The minutes are a detailed description of everything that happened during the board meeting.
