Before embarking on any new endeavor, one of the first steps should be creating a roadmap--a plan for the journey or project. A novel might have an outline, or a movie might have a script. Even a trip to another city might require a map. In the same way, we needed to craft a comprehensive guide for the Reaching New Heights initiative.
It is important to note the many stops that HHSC has made along the journey to embrace the Ford Next Generation Learning (NGL) framework. The timeline below illustrates the phases of the roadmap HHSC has participated in with the guidance of a dedicated Ford NGL coaching team.
