In Applied Algebra and Applied Geometry, they'll:

• Translate real-world problems into a one-variable equation
• Translate real-world problems into a one-variable linear equation
• Evaluate absolute value expression
• Identify the domain and range from a table or graph
• Use inductive reasoning to make conjectures
• Recognize congruent figures and their corresponding parts
• Use the Pythagorean Theorem and its Converse

In Applied English, they'll:

• Read a variety of grade-level appropriate literature
• Experience art, traditions, and music
• Understand selfless giving and compassion
• Learn about love, family, ancestry, and role of the church
• Learn about law, race relations, justice system, and the American South

In Applied Vocation/Career Exploration, students will:

• Recognize and state personal information upon request
• Maintain attention to assignment and complete the assignment in a given time frame
• Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team
• Listen patiently

In Interpersonal Relations, students will discuss:

• Social anxiety
• Family and romantic relationships
• Boundaries and respect
• Impulse control
• Disinformation and misinformation
